I once believed that to love someone means to die for them... but to me that is no longer true. Love is good and healing. You don't have to sacrifice yourself to prove that love.
Thank you Lia... I would have believed the same before too, now, in the last few years, it is all coming up for me that it is just not okay to die, even symbolically, for someone, in any kind of relationship.
I'm getting better at being kinder and more loving to myself.
