Closing my eyes,
my Silhouette whispers,
to the Midnight Blue Sky
and the Tall Trees,
and the Mysterious Owls,
of my Dreams
and
of my Magic
Within.
The Silhouette
sees them fly
with the Witch,
releasing the
Magic and Life
that hides
in the Midnight Blue Sky.
Look into the Dark
and
Find your Dreams.
This is a lovely poem Susan. Hard to single out any particular line because they are all lovely, but I particularly like the last 3: "Look into the Dark and Find your Dreams." Could I just say though, and maybe it's only me, but I found it a bit of a strain trying to read the blue letters on a brown background, though I can understand why you selected blue when you're referring to midnight blue in the poem. It's possibly my wonky sight! Love Rachael x
ReplyDeleteHi Rachael. :) Thanks for your feedback. :) Glad you like it.
ReplyDeleteI don't think its you, Rachael. Others have said it to me as well. Personally, I have no problem either way, so I won't use the colours again, since it affects the readers ability to read. :)
