Surrender

Out of my depth, 

I know

in my soul,

the things I cannot hide from,

the knowledge I cannot deny. 

And there comes a time,

when learning how to swim 

is the only option. 

The drill reached the depths,

to see beneath the surface,

exposing my heart

to all my pain. 

Be like a waterfall. 

Dive in and surrender. 

You can never hide 

your true nature.
